Compassion Project

Support that doesn’t ask you to give more than you have.

The Compassion Project exists for individuals and families who want support but can’t always afford the tools, training, or programs that would help them most. Everything here is created to be gentle, practical, and accessible — offered without pressure, judgment, or expectation.

Resources created for real families in real circumstances.

This space was created for families who want supportive tools but struggle to fit them into the budget—something that’s incredibly common when navigating the additional costs that come with neurodivergent or special-needs care.

Here, you can request the resource that would help your home right now. As the Compassion Fund grows, we gift these tools to families who need them, one request at a time. It’s our way of making support more reachable and less stressful during seasons when finances are tight.

How we make more free support possible

The Compassion Fund is the heart of this project.
It exists so families who truly need support — especially those carrying the extra, unexpected expenses that come with neurodivergent or special-needs care — can request tools they aren’t able to afford right now.

The Fund grows through matched affiliate earnings from tools we personally use and trust. When someone purchases through one of those links, we match the commission and place it into the Compassion Fund.

As resources become available, we gift out products that have been requested.

Quietly. Respectfully. One at a time.

It’s a simple way to make support more reachable during seasons when finances are tight.

Request Support from the Compassion Project

If there’s a specific resource that would help your home right now but doesn’t fit into the budget, you’re welcome to request it here. There is no income verification, no proof required, and no judgment — just a gentle space to ask for what you need.

We review each request with care and gift out products as the Compassion Fund allows.

You’re invited to request what would genuinely support you in this season.

BrainTap

A calming tool to support relaxation, focus, and emotional reset

For many neurodivergent families, settling the nervous system can feel overwhelming — especially during transitions, after overstimulation, or at the end of long days. BrainTap is a guided audio tool designed to support calm, rest, and mental reset through gentle sound rhythms and structured relaxation sessions.

Why we use it:
In our home, BrainTap has helped create moments of quiet regulation — moments where the body softens and the mind begins to settle. It’s not a cure or a fix, but it can offer a needed shift when everything feels “too loud” inside or outside the body.

Why we share it here:
For families who benefit from tools like this, but may not be able to purchase one right now, affiliate commissions from BrainTap are matched and added to the Compassion Fund. When the Fund grows, it helps us gift out products to households who need support but can’t afford additional expenses.

How to use it:
Use it during bedtime routines, after stressful days, during moments of emotional buildup, or anytime you want a guided path toward calm. Start gently and find what feels right for your body.
